Tonis Kitchen is a food support organization in Montclair, NJ providing over 1.5 million meals annually in our community. We work with 60 community orgs to embed healthy food in other programs that support food insecure famililies, children, seniors, the unhoused and those with chronic health conditions. In addition to our partnerships, we run neighborhood-based mobile markets, a food truck and provide home deliveries. We also run an onsite soup kitchen and choice pantry. We love healthy food donations!

We accept healthy food donations 9-5 Mon-Fri; 9-12 Sat; and 3-5 Sun. Please enter our parking lot on Union St. (behind St. Lukes Church). You will see our entrance at the far end of the lot. Thank you!!

The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
