o Madison Resource Center (MRC) is a satellite location of Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority (FHRA). This site is used to assist individuals and families living in the Scattered Site areas of Public Housing. A daily bread food disbursement is typically provided twice a month, with additional hours available as needed. We graciously accept all food items, personal hygiene (especially diapers, toilet paper, deodorant, soap, shampoo, etc.), household items (bedding, blankets, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.), toys, books, and clothing/shoes/accessories for all ages. Clothing does not need to be new, but must be in good useable condition with no stains or tears.
