West Central Community Action Harrison County Food Pantry

Households and Individuals residing in Harrison County may access WCCA's Harrison County Food Pantry up to six times per year. There are no income eligibility guidelines at this time. Food pantries are packaged according to household size and are designed to provide emergency food for 3-4 days, 3 meals per day. Please call ahead to schedule a food pantry or donation. WCCA accepts donations of fresh produce for immediate distribution to those in need. Families especially love fresh foods such as tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, cucumbers and more. The Harrison County Food Pantry is currently in need of the following items: Boxed meals, pasta, soups, fruits and vegetables, juice, and peanut butter and jelly,. Toiletries and personal hygiene items are also needed. We also accept frozen items. All donations are greatly appreciated! :)

Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
