We are a pantry...soup kitchen...meal prep and deliver organization that loves serving anyone in need. We mostly serve those wise in years, veterans and shut-ins, as well as the beloved on the streets. We do have regulars, but A LOT are those who need us just for a season. We average 300 houses a month with it growing up to 800 the most we've been blessed to serve.

We can come pick up! We have 2 locations...one is a house we cook and deliver to the seniors and veterans nearby. The other is a big building in Independence, Missouri (1031 N Elizabeth Ave Independence, MO, 64056) where food is cooked...meals eaten...as well as a homeless ministry prepares and hits the streets to serve the beloved there.
ProducePedia
ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!
The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
