For over 50 years the Nampa Adventist Community Services has been providing food and clothing for families in Nampa regardless of race, religion or circumstances. We have partnered with The Idaho Food Bank to offer food at no cost to assist everyone in our community including seniors who qualify for the Commodity Food Supplemental Program. Through generous donations from the community, we are able to offer clothing for all ages which includes both summer and winter items along with a small selection of bedding. We are also part of the Idaho Diaper Bank and have diapers available at no cost for families with infants and small children. To visit the clothing department, please arrive no later than 3:30 pm.
We are ADA accessible with Spanish Interpreters available. To be eligible for services we require a State-Issued Photo ID for the primary household member.

ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!
The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
