We are an all-volunteer organization with 18 locations in and around Lincoln, Ne. This is a food pantry with 2 specific purposes. 1 to rescue expired or soon to expire foods and 2 to keep foods out of our landfill. 14 foodnet locations are in Lincoln. We have Seward, Milford, Crete and Denton. We have many families who are able to receive free food every day of the week.

Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
