Franklin Community Center Food Pantry

We are a food pantry and we serve approximately 325 families or 800-850 individuals each month. We serve everyone from our county regardless of situation. We provide a full food package once a month to each family that includes all of the necessary nutritional items everyone needs. We utilize an online ordering program which allows our clients to select all of the items they prefer. Grains, fresh produce, meats, dairy and pantry staples are included in every package and we try to include as many hygiene and toiletry items as possible.

State Cooperative Extension Web Sites

The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
