Our pantry is open to anyone who is in need. We do not have residency restrictions. No donation is too large or too small!
In 2023, we distributed over 200,000 pounds of food to families in our region. This includes over 30 zip codes in Indiana, Northwest Ohio and South-Central Michigan.
The food pantry is open for clients on the first Wednesday of the month from 11am-1pm and the third Tuesday of the month from 5-7pm. All families are welcome to come one time per month.
We also host a farm wagon distribution on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 9am-10am. All families are welcome to come both times per month to the farm wagon.
We are the local pick-up spot for CSFP commodities. Indiana Seniors (60 and older) who meet certain income guidelines may qualify for additional food support. Contact us for more information and to sign up.
Please call 260-495-4122 ext 103 before you come to make sure someone is at the pantry to receive your donation!
ProducePedia
ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!
The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
