Some experience short-term setbacks, while others face ongoing struggles. Our Food Pantry is the heart of our efforts, stocked with nonperishable food, fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, pastries, and essential personal care items. Fresh Food for All – our targeted approach to tackling hunger and promoting better nutrition. HCCM steps up by extending help to underserved areas, granting clients direct access to fresh produce, and allowing them to select their preferred fruits and vegetables - all for FREE! Community Cupboard - at our Cupboard, we believe that everyone deserves access to fresh and wholesome food.
We open our doors to all, offering a variety of items, including fruits, vegetables, bread, pastries, and more, ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry.
Food donations may be delivered during our business hours: Monday - Friday
9am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm
Extended hours on Thursday until 7pm

ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!
The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
