We can use fresh fruits and veggies now that we have refrigerator and freezer space and we always need canned/boxed or frozen foods, especially fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy, meats. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, bath tissue, bar soap and other essential items are also needed.
