Each week, we support hundreds of families, including: Young parents working hard to feed their kids Veterans and seniors on fixed incomes Immigrant and refugee families building new lives here 🥦 What We Need Most Right Now: We gratefully welcome: Fresh, healthy food – fruits, vegetables, dairy, and eggs Shelf-stable staples – rice, pasta, canned goods, beans, soups Culturally inclusive & dietary-specific items – Halal, kosher, vegetarian, gluten-free Toiletries & hygiene products – diapers, deodorant, toothpaste, feminine hygiene items 🍽️ Every item helps us bring dignity and nourishment to our neighbors in need. 💌 Want to Help? Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
