The Community Food Connection gives out food 3 days a week to anyone living in San Diego county or other close communities. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-6. We give out produce, canned good, boxed goods, meat, dairy, packaged refrigerated and frozen foods, bread, pastries, cookies and so on. We currently serve over 1,000 families/week. We welcome all food donations.

Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
