Urbana Area Food Pantry

We can't wait to provide fresh items for the 59 families that use our food bank on a regular basis! We can always use Gas Gift Cards, Any Grocery Gift Cards and Target and WalMart Gift Cards! Anything your family uses on a daily basis, our families need, too: Toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper; cleaning products; toiletries; Canned white tuna, Mayo, Canned fruits, vegetables; Meals-in-a-can or box; Chef Boyardee products; Boxed macaroni and cheese; bottled water; 100% juices; flour, sugar, teas, coffees; Heavy-duty black trash bags; Cat food & litter; Healthy cereals, snacks; Meats, chicken, turkey, ham; We have refrigeration and freezers.

Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
