Webster Hope is a social justice outreach that has been responding to the special or emergency needs of Webster residents for 25 years. We have a food pantry and clothing closet. We also offer household and furniture items, special programs at Christmas and Easter as well as August Back to School event. We try and have nutritious and healthy food for all our recipients. In 2023, there were 2,818 visits to our food pantry. We have two gardens so we can offer fresh produce but we always can give away more. We welcome our neighbors zucchini, tomatoes and other garden surplus.

Want an email when this food pantry updates their hours or other information?
If you have a large donation that cannot be delivered during open hours, please contact us for an alternate time. No donations accepted Friday-Sunday as we are closed and can't distribute produce on weekends. We can put out cooler by back door, in shade upon request, for early in day donations.
We have a cart outside on the sidewalk during open hours for donations. If you have a large donation- bushels of apples and would like a time outside of open hours please contact us.
ProducePedia
ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!
The Cooperative Extension sites have a wealth of information for any backyard gardener. Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
