WVCS is a non profit agency serving the Communities of West San Jose, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Saratoga & Cupertino in the Bay Area. We have two Markets - one at our headquarters in Cupertino and 2 mobile food trucks to senior living centers, elementary, high schools and community colleges. Our neighbors who visit our Markets choose food items at no cost from donated foods from Second Harvest, local Farmers Markets & Donor Stores.

Please check your items for tears in the packaging - for safety reasons we cannot accept them. We are located on 10104 Vista Drive, major cross streets are De Anza & Stevens Creek Boulevards. We are on the right hand side of Vista Drive just past the Fire station on the corner. Please look for & park next to the DONATION DROP OFF sign on the left hand side of the driveway. A volunteer or staff member will help you unload your car, weigh your donation and give you a receipt. We are open Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 9 - 11 AM & 1 - 4 PM . We are closed for lunch from 12 Noon - 1 PM. Thursdays we are open 9-11 AM & 3:30 - 7 PM We also are partners with Village Harvest, who will come to your house and pick your fruit for you! ProducePedia is a free resource that covers the types of fresh produce that can be delivered to food pantries. Each entry includes information on color, taste, and possible uses. People unfamiliar with the vegetable or fruit will learn how to use it, and those who are familiar with it still might learn a fun fact or two!

Once you go to the site (each one if very different from the others) look for a link for “homes and gardens”, “landscape”, “consumer horticulture”, etc. to find information on improving your backyard garden. Neighboring state sites may offer information your own state’s site lacks.
