Forest Lawn of Houston and their Texas Affiliates are supporting the efforts of AmpleHarvest.org. Together we will secure the assistance of neighborhood gardeners for local food pantries who distribute food for those in need. Houston area gardeners will be donating fresh fruits and vegetables from their own gardens to food pantries to help feed 1,000,000 Texans healthier meals during this time of pandemic, unemployment, and hardship.
AmpleHarvest.org is a small non-profit making a big impact on hunger. We do this by enabling locally grown freshly harvested garden produce to get to nearly 8,000 food pantries nationwide. We’re so grateful that you want to help feed hungry families during this difficult time.
